Class policies
Age Restricted Event
In compliance with state and federal laws, you must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. All attendees will be required to provide a valid Driver's License or U.S. Government Issued ID as proof of age to enter the event. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in denied admission and no refund will be granted.
Liability waiver
By completing registration and participating in any MySOMM class or event, you agree to the following: MySOMM and its host partners are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft incurred to personal property and / or equipment, or any bodily injuries or damages that are sustained by you as a result of participating in any MySOMM class or event.
Photo/Video Release
MySOMM maintains the right to take photographs or videos of anyone during its classes and events and has full and unrestricted publishing and use rights of these photographs and videos. Please contact the MySOMM management (contact@MySommWine.com) if you specifically want exclusion from this policy.
Dietary Restrictions
Many MySOMM classes and events include food offerings, and it is important that you alert us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies (i.e., gluten, nuts, etc.) at the time of your registration. We want everyone to enjoy MySOMM classes and events, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that winemaking practices may include non-vegetarian and non-vegan ingredients and this is beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for no-shows or if you cancel your registration for a class or event.
If cancelling a reservation 3 or more days before a class or event, you may request transfer of your full payment towards registration for another class or event. Please note that our host partners and specific class offerings are subject to change and we cannot guarantee that the original venue and class you registered for will be available in the future.
At any time, you may transfer your registration to another person provided that you inform us (contact@MySommWine.com) in advance of the class.
In the rare case that MySOMM is forced to reschedule or cancel a class, we will contact you directly through the phone number or email address you provided at registration. We will do our best to reschedule the class or offer you a full refund.
